Tutoring & Student Supervision

Kaneohe Elementary is seeking a tutor to support students in the classroom and provide supervision during lunch and recess. The work schedule will be for 19 hours-a-week, Monday through Friday for the entire school year.

Qualifications include:

- Works well with elementary aged students;

- Organized, reliable and punctual; and

- Communicates well with students, teachers and supervisors.

Responsibilities include:

-Tutoring students one-to-one and in small groups, grades K to 2;

-Keeping students safe by providing supervision during lunch and recess;

-Escorting students safely throughout campus;

-Providing behavioral support and assisting in light cleaning between each lunch block; and

-Performing other duties or supervision around campus as directed by school administration.
