We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Tax Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential tax knowledge to ensure the smooth operation of our office. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong customer support abilities, tax knowledge and proficiency in various computer applications.

Qualities and Skills we look for:

Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries and assisting clients both in-person and over the phone.

Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, maintaining files, and providing tax knowledge to our community.

Maintain a professional phone etiquette while handling incoming calls.

Requirements

Must be able to pass Tax Knowledge test

Proven experience in an administrative role.

Strong customer support skills with a focus on providing excellent service.

Proficiency in computer literacy.

Ability to communicate effectively.

Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Previous office tax knowledge experience.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour - Hiring Bonus
