Permanent employment only, we do not have summer/temporary job openings Looking for a person with knowledge of handling artwork. BFA preferred. No picture framing experience necessary we can train you! An understanding of art materials and an ability to discuss artwork is a plus.

Responsibilities: Framing production: installation of artwork into frames including limited edition prints, photographs, oil paintings, shadow boxes, illustration on board and posters. You must be comfortable cutting and handling glass and stretching canvases.

REQUIREMENTS:

A love for art & a familiarity with handling art, color and design. Customer service or sales experience is a plus, not essential.

Ability to read a tape measure to 1/16" along with a basic knowledge of hand tools

Available to work on Saturdays

Qualifications: Able to lift 25lb minimum and able to stand for long periods of time. This position also includes Regular bending, lifting and carrying boxes, coordination on ladders, reaching and stretching

You must be able to work quickly and maintain an organized workspace.
