Hiring A/V Production Crew

We are a Santa Barbara-based event company looking to hire additional members for our production team. Must be a pro-active, self-motivated, dependable team player with problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.

Depending on performance there is the opportunity for advancement within the company

Applicable Experience:

-Theater Production

-Professional Audio, Video or Lighting

-Rigging

-Catering/ Event Setup

-Construction/ Electrical

Job Requirements:

-Setup and breakdown of power distribution, audio, video equipment and decor

-Understand company processes and procedures

-Interact with team members and other vendors professionally at all times

-Understand the technical aspects of the job and demonstrate an ability to troubleshoot problems

-Job tasks include heavy lifting

-Must be able to accommodate a rotating work schedule to include nights and weekends as needed for events. (Late nights are part of our industry)
