We are seeking a dynamic Account Manager/Business Development Specialist to primarily focus on nurturing and expanding our relationship with one of our key partners in the New Jersey area. This role also involves identifying and developing new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will excel in managing and cultivating long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and sustain a strategic relationship with one of our key partners.

Identify new business opportunities and lead contract negotiations to drive company growth.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet client needs.

Prepare and present persuasive presentations to potential clients and stakeholders.

Stay updated on market trends to support strategic decisions in the business development process.

Qualifications:

Proven track record in account management, sales, or a related field.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, adept at persuasive and clear presentations.

Capability to manage multiple projects and relationships concurrently.

Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.

College degree is a plus but not required.
