Head Chef needed at Where's the Jerk? Restaurant in Durham

We are looking for a Caribbean Chef with Caribbean food cooking experience for the following dishes:

Chicken Curry

Jerk Chicken

Rice and Peas

Brown Stew Chicken

There will likely be a cooking / working interview.

You will be working 5-6 days a week, starting around 7 am.
