Maintenance Fleet and Tech II

The American Red Cross is seeking a General Maintenance Fleet and Tech II for our Portland Red Cross Blood Center in Portland, ME

Schedule Shift is Mon-Fri, 8am to 5pm. On call is required. Valid Drivers License is required.

Offer includes a $1,500 sign-on bonus.

Typically performs work in one or more of the maintenance trades: carpentry, plumbing, painting, electrical. Maintain and repair organization's facilities and properties involving routine tasks and responsibilities. Patch minor holes and cracks in walls and ceilings. Repair or replace concrete floors, steps and sidewalks. Paint structures and equipment as needed. Install and correct minor electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and structural problems. Responsible for 24 Fleet vehicles across 3 facilities.
