Looking for Experienced Salad/Prep Person

Looking for an experienced Salad/ Prep person to be a part of our kitchen team .

No less than 3 years experience working this position.

This is a small kitchen, we work together as a team doing everything in house from making breads to desserts. .

The cuisine is Northern Italian using mostly farm to table relationships.

We are looking for someone who wants to be part of our team.

We are open Wed-Sun Closed Mon & Tues Shift Starts around 1pm-2pm

Dinner Service is from 5-8 Kitchen is done out the door by 9:30.

This is a full time position

Very clean kitchen, air conditioned
