About us

My name is Lialie and I wanted to have falafel the way it tasted when I visited and lived in the Middle East. I began selling my food for friends to try through Facebook, then began doing popups for about three years. I was able to build a community/following around falafel made from scratch. Now I share wraps and bowls through a new storefront in North Park. I’m looking for folks who can be loyal, consistent and further the vision I had 12 years ago to open a business and later to share falafel with the masses. Consistency, cleanliness and quality is very important to me in the food presentation as well as my crew. What do you get in return? Besides getting compensated and eating a great meal during your shift, a chance to be part of the different channels of our expansion. Let’s talk about what you want out of this once you have committed a year and see if I can get you there.
