Retrograde Coffee hiring baristas
Join our team of passionate individuals! We are seeking a front of house barista to join our crew. We are a community-oriented coffee shop with a great group of regulars and have a fantastic team of individuals on our team who get along well. We make a variety of things in house and take pride in serving quality food and beverages while fostering an up-beat environment so everyone feels welcomed.
About the job:
- available for 4-5 shifts a week; must be available weekends; 25-30 hours/week
- Pay starts at $17/hour plus tips. Hourly tips earned are about an additional $10/hour on top of your hourly wage.
- Health care, sick leave, PTO and 401-k plans are available to all team members after 60 days of employment. Beverages and food are provided for breaks, as well as discounts when off-duty.
- Business hours: 7 am - 5 pm / 7 days a week
