Installation and Setting up a Linux software

I'm looking for someone with Linux experience.

Someone who can install a software package to a Linux environment on a Windows PC and set it up for running.

The software is a chemistry computing package. I know how to run it once it is set up properly, but I can't get it running or get it installed properly. This position does not require any knowledge of chemistry, only of Linux and some compilers.

The timeframe is ASAP.
