Accounting Clerk - Three Month Project

LK Jordan is now hiring a Temporary Accounting Clerk position for our North Austin client.

This is an entry level accounting role that is for a 3-month contract.

Monday to Friday , 8am to 5pm

Three Month Project

Description:

Perform basic transactional duties relating to various methods of payment, while ensuring all accounting components are completed timely and accurately.

Review source documentation and account records to identify, interpret, and verify payment intentions.

Upload invoices into customer portals.

Call or e-mail clients daily following up on overdue balances.

Manage transactional workflow to meet multiple routine deadlines.

Provide information to staff, management, and customers in response to routine inquiries about account information.

Use spreadsheets to calculate and analyze basic account data and create related ad-hoc reports and queries for management upon request.
