Job DescriptionThe world's leading distributor of swimming pool supplies, equipment, and related outdoor products is seeking a Mid Level Wireless Network Administrator to join their organization. You will be responsible for implementing and maintaining the company's wireless network infrastructure and MDM solutions, troubleshooting wireless issues at branch locations involving wireless clients and warehousing devices, and supporting wireless clients and recommending configuration changes as required/requested. This position requires interaction with users and other team members. The duties include but are not limited to:

Managing and monitoring the company's wireless communication infrastructure to ensure that it is functioning properly.

monitoring active MDM solutions to ensure handheld fleet is functional and kept up to date.

Modifying and developing software packages for the warehousing handhelds and ensure periodic maintenance is carried out on these systems.

Day to day support of the wireless network and wireless clients

Generation of wireless surveys utilizing appropriate software tools (air magnet survey/planner and similar tools)

5+ years of experience working in a similar, or the same role

Familiar with MDM solutions Ivanti avalanche, ivanti neurons or similar Mobile device management solutions

Familiar with Cisco, Meraki, Aruba, and Juniper switches and their configuration

Familiar Ruckus, Cisco, and Aruba wireless access points and wireless management solutions

Strong communications and customer service skills

Strong troubleshooting skills - Experienced with warehousing devices.

Experience with barcodes and their various types

Familiarity with generating wireless surveys using software tools (air magnet planner/survey) null
