We are a Fire alarm and Fire sprinkler Service / Contracting company in business since 1997 located in Dania Beach just East of I-95.
We are seeking an Administrative assistant to our Service manager/coordinator. This is a very high paced business, very challenging but can be very rewarding. We are a smaller privately owned Company and treat our employees with respect. We are a friendly and highly skilled team of professionals.
This is a Monday-Friday full time job. The hours will be between 7-5.
Duties will include but not limited to:
Assisting Service manager as needed.
Answering phones and routing calls.
Routing field personnel.
Gathering materials and equipment for projects.
Coordinating work Schedules.
Processing inspection requests.
Setting up and coordinating City inspections.
Processing paperwork, field time sheets, inspection reports, etc
Skills required:
Positive and Professional attitude.
Good work ethic.
People skills.
Computer skills.
Punctual and ready to work.
Ability to work in a sometimes demanding environment. (The Construction business can be challenging at times!)
