Should be comfortable working with the elderly and doing shampoo/sets, blow dry/curls, perms, women's cuts, buzz cuts and color etc. Your own established client base is welcome and recommended, depending on your situation and there is built in business with the residents. The home is at full capacity with a waiting list. Free wifi, laundry room, lunch and cable tv are available for you and your clients. The salon is located near Autzen Stadium with easy parking, and is close to the Gateway and Coburg areas. This is a very easy going, and stress free environment. Rent is $275 for part time (3) days a week or $375 for full time (7) days a week.
