We are looking for a Tech enthusiast, we don’t care about formal training or college degrees although they are a plus, we do care about proven ability to provide results and will pay to support the further education of the successful candidate. Our Organization consists of several business units and web sites all built around our core ERP and CRM. The truly ideal candidate will not only be a tech enthusiast, with excellent database and excel skills, but an individual that wants to make a measurable impact on a growing a company, has a general curiosity about business with aspirations to advance.
Some of our priority projects are implementation of a PIM tool, Sales person activity tracking using Zoho and several API connections to vendors and other software platforms we utilize. The position will be hands-on and coordination of 3rd party consultants to complete the projects.

We are seeking an entry-level Business Systems Analyst -Technical Project Manager with a background in technology, Data Management or a closely related field. The ideal candidate will have technical skills including database and SQL Experience, strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders. The Business Systems Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing and implementing solutions to meet those requirements. They will also be responsible for testing, implementing, and maintaining software applications and systems to improve business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct research to identify technologies and methods to improve business processes utilizing existing ERP, CRM and other systems functionality. Interacting regularly with the Team
Develop detailed requirements and use cases for software development projects
Analyze and troubleshoot software issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions
Develop and maintain documentation such as user manuals, training materials, and technical specifications
Participate in software, process and procedure testing and quality assurance activities
Communicate project status and progress to Management and stakeholders
Provide support to end-users and resolve issues in a timely manner
Be part of our Operations Management Meetings to help identify issues and provide solutions to the team.
Qualifications
Experience with simple database building, queries, management & systems integration
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) with demonstrated strength in Excel, including VLOOKUP type functions and Power Query
Excellent problem-solving skills and Attention To Detail
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Understanding of database / system methods of interconnection, API, ODBC,SQL …
Experience or knowledge in basic website building/programming.
A general knowledge of software integration methodologies and programming languages
Familiarity with data modeling and data analysis techniques
Familiarity with project management tools and techniques
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
