Excavation A licensed Superintendent/project manager

I am a general contractor /developer/ broker/owner looking to improve 25 lots in Sedona fully—all roads, utilities, retaining walls, etc. The road is cut, and materials are on site(pipes, water, and sewer) approximately. The 6-month completion goal is for the 19 lots, and then we'll move to do the other six lots and road. Bonus if comes in at or under budget within six months. I would want you there every day overseeing /managing the project. (quality control)
