Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Salesperson to join our team. Someone with experience who is able to efficiently manage incoming sales with sales growth being top priority at all times.

Your role will involve implementing sales strategies (on the job training provided), building strong customer relationships, and overseeing sales process from start to finish. The ideal candidate is self-motivated with great attention to detail and organizational skills and hungry.

Duties:

- Close deals, negotiate with customers

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers

- Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience and success rate

- Effectively listens, probes situations, analyzes needs, recommends or resolves issues

- Perform other tasks as assigned by Leadership team from time-to-time

Experience:

- Proven experience in sales

- Strong background in negotiating and closing deals

- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships

- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

- 3+ years experience in a sales environment ideally B2C

Pay: $45k base + heavy commissions
