We are looking for an experienced, intuitive, and inspiring leader with the desire to cultivate trusting relationships with our team. Your goal will be to lead and support our outstanding and enthusiastic team of technicians and to help maintain optimal health for our amazing dogs in their journey to become successful guides and beyond. Recruiting, hiring, supervising, and mentoring our team are key functions of this position, as well as setting the team up for success each day by helping them navigate the dynamic nature of our busy practice. We’ll also rely on you to develop and maintain adherence to protocols, as well as ensure compliance with the American Animal Hospital Association, Veterinary Medical Board, OSHA, and DEA guidelines.

The qualifications you’ll need:

California RVT license

3+ years of position-related experience; supervisor experience desirable

Ability to work some holidays, weekends, and be on call as required

Pay Range:

$41 - $50 / hour
