Pedagogical leadership, polymath skills to run a small progressive child development program aiming to make a global impact? Think beyond Reggio, Montessori, Summerhill, Waldorf with current/historical social science understanding of education in US and abroad. Understand pedagogical principles (0-12 years old) to be able to articulate Bridge School pedagogical strategies to communicate with funders, government regulators, politicians, to lobby for childcare equity, write grant proposals as needed, update Employee Manuals with code/legal compliance, teach/inspire/manage teaching team. Creatively manage budget challenges of a small non-profit CBO. Qualifications: ECE MA/PhD/EdD + experience.
