Monthly bonuses from $100-$250, and end of the year bonus up to $600!Required Qualifications of the Refund Specialist

2+ years of recent hospital billing/collections and auditing experience required

Microsoft Excel skills highly preferred

High school diploma or GED required

Must successfully pass a background check and drug screen

Responsibilities of the Refund SpecialistReview insurance and self-pay accounts on a set of CPT codes and prepare refund or ask for recoupment.About the CompanyThis local hospital system has been providing hope, healing and the best health care for families since 1983.
