Are you someone who takes pride in helping others and providing comfort during difficult times? We are seeking a professional, compassionate, and reliable individual to serve as a Funeral Greeter / Visitation Assistant.

As the first point of contact for families and guests, you will welcome visitors, offer guidance and support, and escort family and friends to the visitation room. This position plays a key role in creating a warm and respectful environment for those we serve.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist family members and visitors as they arrive

Direct guests to the appropriate visitation areas

Provide support and ensure a calm, professional atmosphere

Represent the funeral home with compassion, dignity, and professionalism

Requirements:

Professional appearance (suit or business attire required)

Courteous and empathetic demeanor

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Reliable, punctual, and attentive to detail

Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or caregiving is a plus
