Cabinet Installer / Subcontractor – High-End Kitchen & Millwork (Per-Project / Hourly 1099)

We’re hiring a skilled cabinet installer or independent subcontractor for ongoing high-end custom kitchen and millwork installations.

Our shop is located in Fredericksburg, VA, with projects throughout Northern Virginia, DC, and Richmond.

About the work:

Per-project or hourly (1099) work installing custom kitchens, built-ins, and millwork.

Review drawings and details at our Fredericksburg shop before each project.

Handle on-site installation with precision and attention to detail.

Operate cabinet-installation tools safely and efficiently.

Communicate clearly with the shop owner and site supervisors.

Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, professional workspace.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of cabinet or millwork installation experience.

Must have own tools and a reliable vehicle for travel to job sites.

Able to read shop drawings and perform accurate field adjustments.

Professional, reliable, punctual, and well-presented.

Works independently and takes pride in high-quality craftsmanship.

Compensation:

Per-project or hourly 1099 work – rate based on experience.
