Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Construction company procurement manager and related tasks to join our team. This role is essential in supporting the daily administrative functions of our office. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, proficiency in various office software, and the ability to multitask effectively. Purchasing Manager, Clerical and Procurement employee is the role.

Responsibilities

Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, typing, and data entry.

Manage phone systems, including answering calls, directing inquiries, and taking messages.

Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars job progress.

Support the office by managing office supplies and inventory.

Maintain organized records and files to ensure easy access to information.

Communicate effectively with clients and team members.

Skills

Must be proficient with computer skills:

Must have 3 years of Construction company operations

Windows, Excel, familiar with QuickBooks and Builder trend or equal Construction Cloud base management program, data entry, preparing documents, google drive, spread sheets, Computer skills are a MUST, 3 + years of relevant experience in office setting Proficiency in QuickBooks is preferred but not mandatory.

Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry.

Familarity with construction is a requirement

Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay scale 25.00-30.00, Holiday and sick day pay, Healthcare after trial period, Vacation pay
