Performs various direct resident service responsibilities under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.Assists residents in dressing, undressing, bathing, and eating.Collects non-invasive body fluid specimens or gathers vital signs.Aids physicians and nursing staff members with procedures, if necessary.Documents resident interactions as necessary.
