Skilled Laborer – Construction Support (Salt Lake City, UT)

Pay: $18–$24/hour (DOE)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5x8s

Responsibilities

Assist with setup, staging, and cleanup of construction sites

Perform general labor tasks including carrying materials, digging, and installing structures

Support journey-level tradespeople as needed

Follow all safety guidelines and jobsite instructions

Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members

Length of assignment varies by project

Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older

OSHA-10 certification or willingness to obtain

Minimum 6+ months of construction or related experience

Reliable transportation to and from jobsite

Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and walk for long periods

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with or without reasonable accommodation

Basic hand tools preferred
