70-room hotel in Bossier City LA.

looking for a reliable Maintenance Technician to keep our property running smoothly.

You’ll handle:

Basic plumbing (fixing leaks, unclogging drains, replacing faucets)

Carpet repairs (stretching, patching, spot removal)

Wall repairs (drywall patching, touch-up painting, caulking)

Light electrical (replacing outlets, switches, light fixtures)

General handyman tasks (furniture repair, door adjustments, etc.)

Must have:

1+ years of hands-on maintenance experience (hotel/apartment background a plus)

Own basic tools (drill, pliers, putty knife, etc.)

Reliable transportation

Clean background (we work with guests daily)
