Construction Laborer

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team. In this role, you will assist with various tasks on construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, the ability to follow instructions, and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment. We are a small crew that works on a set of rental properties from Claremore to Pryor OK. Job's will range from fixing raised foundations to painting and drywall and most things in between you will learn a lot here.

Responsibilities

Assist with the setup and cleanup of construction sites, including loading and unloading materials.

Operate hand tools and power tools.

Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team.

Perform physical labor tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying materials, and moving equipment.

Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and according to specifications.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas to promote efficiency.

Qualifications

Previous experience in construction or related fields is required.

Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and standing for extended periods.

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions accurately.

Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment is a must.

Must be able to work as part of a team and communicate effectively with others.
