Flatbed Driver - (One-Ton) + Retaining Wall Construction Labor

Position Overview

We are looking to hire a dependable, skilled individual who can drive a one-ton flatbed truck and assist with retaining wall and general construction projects. This position is perfect for someone with both driving experience and hands-on-construction/retaining wall.

Responsibilities

Drive an one-ton flatbed to pick up and deliver materials to job sites.

Safely tie down, load, and unload block, rock, equipment and supplies

Assist crew with retaining wall installation, excavation prep, hauling debris, and job-site tasks

Operate small equipment (skid steer, mini-excavator) a plus

Maintain clean, safe job sites and proper equipment handling

Work directly with project manager on daily tasks and schedules

Experience driving an one-ton

Ability to haul an secure construction materials properly

Experience with Retaining walls - Versa Lok

Reliable transportation to St. Charles area

Able to lift 50-75 lbs regularly
