We are a dynamic and expanding home care agency looking for an IN OFFICE detail-oriented Billing Specialist to join our team. This full-time role offers a competitive annual salary of $50,000, along with five weeks of paid time off per year.

Schedule: Monday to Friday 8am-4pm (Must be punctual and reliable)

This Is An In-Office position Only

Must Be Located 10 miles of Boynton Beach, Florida

Responsibilities:

Accurately process and manage billing and invoicing for clients. Coordinate with insurance companies and handle claims. Ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance with agency policies.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in billing, preferably in the home care or healthcare industry. Proficiency with billing software, Microsoft Office, and QuickBooks. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication abilities.
