General Labor & Facility Support

We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on worker to help with day-to-day operations inside our hydroponic grow pods and around the facility. No experience needed — just show up ready to work and keep things clean.

Responsibilities:

Harvesting, washing, and packing produce

Maintaining a clean workspace inside the pods (wiping, sanitizing, organizing)

Cleaning trays, equipment, and grow areas

General labor tasks: lifting, moving materials, trash removal

Restocking items, labeling, and prepping for deliveries

Helping with miscellaneous tasks as needed

Requirements:

Must be a clean and organized person — cleanliness is the #1 priority in our facility

Must take pride in keeping produce areas spotless

Dependable and able to follow instructions

Able to lift 30–50 lbs

Comfortable working on your feet

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Hours & Pay:

Part-time or full-time available

Flexible hours

Pay based on experience
