Part Time Warehouse & Fulfillment Assistant – Small Clothing Company

We’re a small but growing e-commerce brand looking for a reliable Warehouse & Fulfillment Assistant to help us keep orders moving smoothly and customers happy. This "warehouse" is a very nice office which is only 2 blocks from the beach; nice bathrooms, A/C, Water, etc.

This is a great role for someone early in their career who wants flexible hours and the chance to grow with a company. It's also a great opportunity to see the inner-workings of a small business. We are down to earth owners and happy to share/help when we can.

Responsibilities:

- Order Fulfillment & Warehouse Work

- Pick, pack, and ship online orders from our on-site warehouse

- Fold and re-pack return items so they’re ready for resale

- Help manage inventory: restocking shelves, counting stock, keeping things organized

- Keep the workspace clean, tidy, and efficient

Optional:

- Customer Support

If you’re interested, there’s an opportunity to:

- Respond to basic customer service emails (order questions, returns, tracking, etc.)

- Help us improve the customer experience over time

- (Email work is not required – only if you’re comfortable and want extra hours.)

What We’re Looking For:

- Responsible, dependable, and punctual

- Organized and detail-oriented (you care that the right items go to the right customers)

- Able to work independently once trained

- Comfortable using a computer for basic tasks (printing labels, checking orders, etc.)

- Positive attitude and willing to pitch in where needed (let us know when a certain shirt is low on stock)

Hours & Pay:

- Hours: Very flexible – we can work around school, another job, or other commitments. Just keep in mind that online orders need to be shipped out in a timely manner and dropped off at the post office by 5pm.

- Availability: As many hours as you’d like to take on, within our operating hours. We are open to offering extended operating hours once trust is built.

Pay:

- Ideally $15–$20/hr, depending on experience and responsibilities. We are generous, happy to cover food, caffeine, and other work essentials.

Growth:

- We’re a small company, so there’s real opportunity to take on more responsibility and increase pay if things go well
