Administrative Support Position
Anchor Electric is seeking a reliable and motivated Administrative Support Specialist to join our growing team. This position plays a key role in keeping our office running smoothly and supporting both customers and internal staff.
Key Responsibilities
Answer and direct incoming phone calls with a friendly, professional attitude
Perform data entry with accuracy and attention to detail
Assist with collections and follow-up communication
Support office staff with various assigned tasks
Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and team members
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
Knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel)
QuickBooks experience preferred but not required
Strong communication and customer service skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, punctual, and professional
