Plumber Wanted – RV Community Housing Opportunity

A well-established RV community in the Olympia/Lacey area is seeking a licensed and bonded plumber who may be interested in residing on-site.

We are offering a credit toward monthly rent in exchange for periodic plumbing repair and maintenance work within the community. All work would be performed at your current rates and applied as a credit, with billing handled directly through management.

This is a great fit for a qualified plumber who already lives in an RV or is considering a long-term space in a quiet, well-managed community. Work requests would include basic plumbing tasks such as leak repairs, fixture replacements, winterization, and similar maintenance items as needed. Emergency calls are rare but may occur occasionally.

You must be:

Licensed & bonded

Reliable and responsive

Able to provide invoices for work performed
