Swing-Reach / Turret Forklift Operator (Stand-Up, Counterbalanced, Pal

We are hiring an experienced Swing-Reach Truck / Turret Forklift Operator with additional experience operating Stand-Up Forklifts and Counterbalanced Forklifts. Do NOT apply unless you have real experience with these machines. Skills will be tested no exceptions.

Responsibilities!

Forklift Operation:

Operate Swing-Reach Truck (required)

Operate Turret Forklift (required)

Operate Stand-Up Forklift

Operate Counterbalanced Forklift

Safely offload inbound trucks and load outbound trucks

Warehouse Tasks:

Label pallets accurately

Wrap pallets tight and secure

Palletize from scratch

Modify/rebuild pallets when needed

Consolidate pallets to maximize space

Use WMS System for scanning, put-away, and inventory

Pull orders quickly and accurately

Maintain a clean, organized warehouse

Work with speed, accuracy, and urgency

Must show up on time every day

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year experience with Swing-Reach and/or Turret forklifts

Experience with Stand-Up and Counterbalanced forklifts

Strong palletizing, labeling, wrapping, and consolidation skills

WMS experience required

Reliable, fast, detail-oriented, and able to follow instructions

Monday–Friday work (Sundays only when needed)

Compensation:

$17/20/hour to start

Raises based on performance, accuracy, and reliability
