SHIFT: 2ND 4PM-12:30PM W/ possible OT

PAYRATE: $33/HR

Job description:

We’re looking for an experienced CNC Lathe Machinist to join our growing team. In this role,

you’ll set up and operate CNC lathes to produce high-precision parts, program and optimize

machining processes, and ensure quality through the use of precision measuring tools. You’ll

also collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve designs and mentor junior

machinists.

What You’ll Do

Operate and program CNC lathes to produce precision components

Inspect parts with calipers, micrometers, and gauges to ensure accuracy

Troubleshoot machining issues and implementing solutions

Work with engineering to refine designs and improve efficiency

Support and train junior machinists in best practices and safety

What We’re Looking For

5+ years of CNC machining experience, with strong CNC lathe expertise

Proficiency in G-code programming and CNC setup

Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings

Strong understanding of machining principles, tooling, and materials

Team player who can also work independently

Nice to Have

Experience with CAD/CAM software

Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement

Familiarity with quality standards
