Key Responsibilities
Warmly greet guests presenting menus and sharing daily specials.
Take accurate food and beverage orders, paying close attention to dietary restrictions and special requests.
Deliver orders promptly from the kitchen/bar, ensuring accuracy and presentation.
Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction and quickly address any needs.
Process payments accurately using our POS system.
Complete necessary side work (e.g., rolling silverware, restocking stations) and maintain a clean dining area.
Collaborate effectively with kitchen and FOH staff to provide a seamless dining experience.
Qualifications & Skills
Previous experience as a server is preferred, but not required. A positive attitude and eagerness to learn are essential.
Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Basic math skills for handling cash and processing payments.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Possession of or ability to obtain an NM Food Handler Card and NM Alcohol Server Permit
