RRD is seeking an experienced, high-caliber Part-Time Real Estate Transactions Attorney to join its Legal Department. This role is focused exclusively on supporting the company's real estate portfolio and requires approximately 20-25 hours per week.

Core Responsibilities:The attorney will serve as a key legal advisor on all real estate matters, taking the lead on negotiations and documentation.Act as lead counsel for all real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and various property matters.Draft, negotiate and review industrial and office leases and amendmentsDevelop, review, and negotiate all contracts related to the real estate portfolio.Provide timely legal advice and counsel to management on real estate-related legal and business matters, including risk allocation and contract structure.Work collaboratively with business teams to ensure legal strategies align with real estate objectives.Work closely with RRD’s property management services provider.
