Position: Hardwood Flooring Edger Technician

Primary Duties
MUST have verifiable hardwood floor edging experience.
Painting, plumbing, electrical, general renovation, or “helper-only” experience DOES NOT qualify.
This is not a “fake it until you make it” position — time is valuable, and we are looking for proven skill.
Installation of hardwood, engineered, and laminate flooring
Assisting with job setup, cleanup, and material handling as needed

MUST have a current, valid driver’s license (not suspended or restricted) and reliable transportation — no exceptions
Punctual, respectful, and able to follow direction
Capable of working independently and as part of a team
