Sales/Front Desk Staff/ Patient Liaison

Medical office, Non-Surgical Stem Cell and PRP Orthopedics & Sports Medicine: Sales/Front Desk Staff/ Patient Liaison. Full Time West Los Angeles

Applicant will need a strong voice and strong sales background and will call and receive patient leads and be open to being on the phone on Saturdays, Sundays and evenings, although this may not be required. Must be easy to get along with and take direction.

Must come across well speaking on the phone to patients and be a fast learner.

Must be thorough, organized, and keep detailed notes on Excell and CRM. Must be comfortable with scheduling patients, collecting credit card payments and be a quick learner. We use complex software programs, and knowledge of computers is mandatory.

May also have many front desk duties but must be open to being a team player that can assist in many different capacities and be helpful to other staff in any and all duties that we need from time to time.
