Store Representative / Showroom Manager

Floor & More – Flooring & Interior Finishes

Location: In‑Store (Centennial / Aurora area)

Compensation: $20/hour + commissions (strong earning potential)

Floor & More is a growing flooring and interior finishes showroom specializing in flooring, cabinetry, and remodel solutions. We are looking for a motivated, organized, and customer‑focused Store Representative to manage daily showroom operations and help grow the business.

This is an in‑store position with responsibility, autonomy, and opportunity to earn commissions.

Responsibilities

Manage day‑to‑day showroom operations

Greet customers, answer questions, and guide clients through flooring selections

Maintain and update online profiles and platforms (Google, social media, basic posts & updates)

Coordinate and maintain relationships with:

Vendors & wholesalers

Realtors & property managers

Contractors & installers

Follow up with leads, estimates, and ongoing customer projects

Keep showroom organized, presentable, and stocked with samples

Assist with pricing, quotes, and basic order tracking

Represent the company professionally at all times

Qualifications

Experience in flooring, home improvement, construction, or sales preferred

Strong communication and customer service skills

Comfortable using computers, email, and basic online platforms

Self‑motivated, reliable, and detail‑oriented

Able to manage multiple tasks independently

Real estate, contractor, or vendor relationship experience is a plus

What We Offer
