Compensation: $18.00 – $25.00 per hour (DOE)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Well-established commercial and residential waterproofing and roofing contractor seeking dependable, hardworking individuals to join our roofing, deck, and maintenance crews.

Applicants should have some construction or maintenance experience and be comfortable working outdoors and on rooftops. Most projects are located throughout Orange County.

Our work includes waterproofing systems, flat roof coating systems, deck waterproofing, and general building maintenance and repair.

Job Responsibilities

Assist with waterproofing, roofing, deck, and maintenance work

Perform general construction and repair tasks

Load, unload, and stage materials and equipment

Maintain clean and safe job sites

Follow company safety policies and procedures

Work outdoors and at heights as required

Requirements

Some construction or maintenance experience required

Valid Driver’s License – MUST HAVE & clean driving record

Reliable transportation

Ability to perform physical labor and lift materials

Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented

Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred

Compensation

$18.00 – $25.00 per hour, depending on experience

Full-time, steady work
