Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain manual and/or automatic screen-printing presses

Burn, register, and set up screens with accuracy and efficiency

Mix inks and match colors to exact specifications

Inspect finished products for quality and consistency

Keep a clean, organized, and safe work area

Collaborate with production staff and meet daily deadlines

Requirements

2+ years of professional screen-printing experience (manual, automatic, or both)

Strong knowledge of garment printing techniques, inks, and materials

Ability to troubleshoot press issues and adjust setups as needed

Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality

Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods

Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented attitude
