Overview
Provide backup and daily support to our Scheduler, Permit Coordinator, and Leads Coordinator to ensure smooth office operations.
What You’ll Do
Cover office roles during absences or high-volume periods
Answer phones, manage leads, and follow up with customers
Assist with permits, scheduling, and reporting in Service Fusion (CRM)
Handle general office and administrative tasks as needed
What You Bring
On-site attendance required daily
Excellent communication and multitasking skills
Professional phone manner and computer proficiency
Experience in scheduling, permitting, or customer service is a plus
