Architect seeks Civil Engineer

I am an Architect working on single family home designs throughout the LA region. I am looking to work with a licensed Civil Engineer for grading and drainage plans for various jurisdictions. You must have your own software and be able to meet deadlines. Engineering firms or solo professionals OK.
