Strategic Operations Manager – Growing Transportation Business

We are a growing, multi-location transportation and tour services business preparing for significant expansion in 2026 and are hiring a Strategic Operations Manager to help build and scale our operational backbone.

This is a senior operations role for someone who enjoys creating structure, improving systems, and managing complexity in a real-world, logistics-driven environment.

The role will include:

Building and managing day-to-day operational systems

Supporting growth across multiple locations

Managing people, processes, schedules, and execution

Partnering closely with the founder to scale the business

Bringing discipline and consistency to a fast-moving operation

Relevant experience may include:

Operations or general management roles

Transportation, logistics, fleet-based, tourism, or hospitality businesses

Experience working with vehicles, drivers, routes, schedules, or physical assets (preferred, not required)

Strong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills
