Housekeeping Manager

The Wauwinet, a Relais & Chateaux hotel and proud member of White Elephant Resorts, a collection of award-winning boutique hotels and luxury resorts located on Nantucket, Massachusetts, Palm Beach, Florida, and Aspen, Colorado, is currently accepting applications for the year-round management position of Housekeeping Manager, to oversee all housekeeping operations for The Wauwinet.  This position involves managing, training and overseeing the performance of all housekeepers, housekeeping supervisors and housemen.The Housekeeping Manager is a year-round position for benefits purposes working 10 months of the year March 1st – December 31st.  This position begins March 1, 2026.Applicants should work well under pressure, possess excellent communication skills, be organized, flexible with schedule, self-motivated, and have a great sense of humor. Experience with computers and Microsoft Office essential.Requirements include a minimum of 2 years in a high-volume housekeeping operation as well as management/supervisory experience in a Hotel/Resort environment.
