Front Desk Concierge – Luxury High-Rise Condominium
We are seeking a reliable, customer service–oriented concierge to join our team at a prestigious high-rise condominium. As the first point of contact for residents and guests, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming, secure, and professional environment.
Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and assist residents and visitors with professionalism and courtesy
- Respond to inquiries and provide accurate information about building amenities and services
- Coordinate resident requests, including package delivery, reservations, and maintenance support
- Monitor building security and manage access control systems
- Address and resolve resident concerns promptly and effectively
- Perform light administrative tasks and maintain a tidy, organized front desk area
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a polished, professional demeanor
- Previous customer service experience, ideally in hospitality or residential services
- Ability to multitask and remain calm and efficient in emergencies
- Valid driver's license
